both of them submitted from ontario . one is from arab country and another from pakistan . One case was accepted on the ground of political opinion another i dont know .

I believe Claimant will ne requested for file review process only after they are cleared with CBSA screening . Without they got clearence , RPD wont ask for file review to claimant . I mean if you are asked for file review evidences from rpd that means you are good at CBSA Screening . Correct me...

I also got the same . There is an update . Two of my friends got approved without hearing this week . One submitted evidence on : Oct 2024 another on : Feb 2024
