Just to clarify, what matters in the CoPR document is the Province of Destination and City of Destination. That has to be correct but Last entered at or Became PR at can be anything.

10-12 months for the entire process till I have PR card in hand. Usually it is 6 month pre-covid. But off-late, I see people getting their PR much faster than those that applied in the middle of the pandemic.
