No expedite. Normal processing. It closed two days after the ceremony.

Just as a reference, virtual oath in Scarborough on Feb 15, certificate arrived today (Toronto). Exactly one week.

My ceremony is on Feb 15th and I still haven't received the email. I know there's some time ahead, but other people received it much before me. Anxiety sucks.

Quick question: when they request some document, like "copy of your PR card", how do we send it to them? Is it via webform? I mean for online applications. Thanks!

Updated in the tracker. The email should arrive closer to the ceremony date.

Got my oath ceremony scheduled for Feb 15th! Online applicant, Scarborough office. Things are moving, people! Hoping you get yours soon.

Just got an update today (Jan 5), back dated to Jan 3rd. Everything completed, pending ceremony. Online application, Scarborough office, test completed end of October. Basically 2 months between the test and the updates to "completed" status (bg, prohibitions, language). Now let's see how long...

It still upsets me that online applications move so much slower than paper applications. If only I knew this before applying...

That "West" on the email address means "west coast" (i.e. Vancouver).

We also got this ghost update here (Dec 13th) with no changes to anything in the tracker.

Has anyone with online applications on the Scarborough office received any updates in the past few weeks? It feels like they've completely stopped working.

Some people also have to surrender their original citizenship when they obtain a new one. Many people might not be willing to do it at first.

Re: oath ceremony, will they give us an option for online/in person, or will they just tell us what to do?
