I have submitted my passport for one time entry visa stamping based on PPR on 8th October 2019. Still there is no updated from CIC on the visa stamping. Any clue how long will it take for them to return the passport. (My Address is within Canada) ?

My security was only thing pending and i got a ghost update on my file this morning. My aplication status was chnaged from submitted to updated but later it chnaged back to sumbitted. Not sure what's the matter.

You can call CIC Center and Confirm this but as far as I know any address change do cause an impact on application processing time. Also one needs to Inform CIC regarding address change as well.

Ordering GCMS won`t be much of help. What`s the status of your additional document section - Is this changed to Not Applicable?

I passed the eligibility as per officer and security is going on my file. Since I travelled more than 10 countries. It will take some time for security to get completed.

I already replied this question to someone above, that officer said.. security pending doesn`t mean nothing is happening on your file. Security is going on but since it done by an external agency CIC gets the status as pending in their system. But in actual your file is being reviewed by...
