So I called Ircc, finally git a hold of them they told me application is still being processed for my h&c, and no decision is made yet, while when I applied for Prra i was told Prra and h&c officers will work together and both decisions will be taken together, now I have an interview next week...

No I dont think you can apply for Prra on your own after you get your deportation order you will receive the opportunity to apply for Prra and that is given to u by CBSA if u accept it u have 15 days to apply for it. best of luck!

My understanding is that H&C and Prra will be decisioned at the same time but yes I wonder what the nest stage is if H&C is approved or if Prra is approved..

I would provide everything to them specially if your NOA confirma you have been working, filed taxes so you paid your taxes and or not depending to government pay but rather contribute to Canada that would help the application I would say. best of Luck!
