I did that before. It says no documents are needed for this application. I managed to speak to the immigration on the phone and after they checked my profile, they said they didn't need anything additional at the moment and that message is basically generic and doesn't mean they'll request for...

I've tried calling a dozen times and I can never connect to actually speak to an agent. Always hangs up at the end. I emailed them about this a month ago and they never responded. If you have some other phone number other than the general one, please share because I have no idea how to get in...

I personally check my email several times a day, spam included and also my account. I'm quite sure that most of us check everything every day religiously.
