Responded to the same email with the scanned copy of the passport. Didn't have to use a translation service since the passport had English translation included.

Been waiting for LPP completion since Oct 22nd. Received an email request to submit all pages of passport including blank pages on Nov 5th. Sent it the same day. No update on tracker. Processing office is Vancouver. @hssrp please update tracker.
