Hello Mehr If you are outside of Canada, as you said from Pakistan, I think you have to apply for Permanent Resident Travel Document, not PR Card from outside, and once your son will be in Canada, you repply for him from within Canada for LOST PR CARD REMPLAMENT.

Hey canadaaspirerpari, According to many an many threads I have read in this forum, lot of applicants receive ther PR Card nenewal on their mails with this rejections reasons, I think yes, you do not have to worrie, your application still on it process.
