I am , our online tool says decision made from last 1 month but have not received anything yet from visa office, file is in Ottawa Visa office. Don't know what to do? Normally after how many days do they send they letter confirming their decision and for passport request? I think they will wait...

Can you tell me what is PFL? Are they sending Passport request for applicants in India or is it stopped for now due to the pandemic or due to no flights between India and Canada for now. Can you please provide a number where I can call? Thanks a lot. Approx. how long does Ottawa take?

It just says " The Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing." it does not say where exactly. I am tracking GC account regularly, what is ECAS? and how to check?

And also, if i select family name option - is this my family name as in the form or my spouse's? I have not changed my family name yet birth place or passport details of my spouse right?

why do you say 2? does the number of people in application include both sponsor and the principal applicant?

They have not asked for DOB for linking file. SO I selected - PR, then family sponsorship (spouse) then OPTION 1 - File number (got for the file ) and UCI (got in the email but this is same as mine) then Applicant information - spouse passport details or birth place option then where he intends...
