Thank you canuck78, Yes, I had ordered GCMS notes multiple times. The only note in GCMS make sense to me is "File referred/Transferred to Delhi Visa office". I had make web enquiry as well and did not got any answer for that. I am 100% sure, I met LICO for 3 years and still without any issue...
