Based on your COPR and mailing date I think you should be getting an update this week. If you don't get anything, try contacting them via phone or IRCC Webform.

i just double checked and, apparently, they responded to my IRCC Web form, not my email. I received a response via email, so I automatically assumed it was sent from Etobicoke’s IRCC email. Sorry if I confused anyone! For reference, I submitted the Web form on May 26th.

Thanks. Did you mean to email them? Or mail an actual letter? I see some people from mid-January just received their cards, so I still have hope that they are slowly but steadily are getting to the end of January applicants.
