Doesn't make any sense. If processing office is the reason for delay, which office is taking more than 50 days to complete BG and send test invites?? I couldn't find one looking at citizenship application tracker sheet.

I don't see why an attempt to understand common factor, if any, among applicants taking longer time than others is not a contributing factor. Our case is straightforward, landed PR under old FSW program in 2015 with two 20-day visits back home since landing. All declared in our application.

I have similar timelines and GUs; submitted app on Aug 29th and received AOR on Oct 12. Oct 27 GU was some kind of system update and everyone received it. Not sure if Nov 23rd GU has anything to do with any progress or it's just another system update, keeping my fingers crossed !!

Some folks who have applied in the week of April 17 have started receiving their AOR, after approx 3 weeks time. I think in a week or two we should start hearing some good news from May applicants. Fingers crossed.
