My work permit is expiring in Nov-26. However, my visitor visa is valid till 2030. Work permit says - Must leave by Nov-26. Am I allowed to stay in Canada for few more months if I stop working or I MUST quit Canada in Nov-26?

IIUC, ICT LMIA exempt closed work permit allows maximum duration of 5 years. Meanwhile, if I get LMIA work permit from another employer, is it treated as fresh work permit and can someone stay beyond 5 years (if new work permit has longer validity)?

My attorney shared letter from IRCC which had the application number (after couple of days of application submission). Is this what is called AOR?

Oh that's very late. When I applied, it showed waiting time of 90 days. Now its showing waiting time of 119 days. Does this mean these waiting times are not really adhered to?
