Due to a family emergency, I must leave Canada on my expired TRV with a valid LMIA based Work Permit. A. I don't know how long it will take to get TRV in India; can someone help me with this? I will plan my travel accordingly.

I submitted on 9th July and they have not yet started my application. Case processing centre is Edmonton.

Thank you for the information. I have one more question. When filling IMM0008, my current country of residence is Canada, what to fill in To date. My current status is implied status and I have submitted my work permit application in July which is still not yet approved.

How can I know PVO for my application ?

How much funds do I need to fill in IMM0008, I have a full time job offer, can I just fill in my annual salary and attach my last three pay stubs?
