@Ana_Laura_C after the first GU which I received in 1st week of JAN, I got the PPR on 8th Feb. So, it took almost a month for me from 1st GU to PPR.

I haven't call them again to check if the security was cleared or not.

Hi, How many ghost updates did you receive since 1st Jan 2022 ? Any recent GU? Because my AOR is 21st July 2021 but still the Security is in the not started state.

I used the Skype call feature and had purchased Canada calling subscription. Yes, I had asked them those details specifically. Also they were polite and friendly to talk. Answered every question in completeness. I had submitted biometrics on 22nd Dec 2021.
