I also got my ecopr on December 5 (VO- Etobicoke), but still no update yet on my PR card application.

Congratulation! it is GU1. PR GU 1: (Final decision). They will send your card soon. before it took 4-5 days to mail the card mean GU2. Could you please share when you receive your ecopr? and also Visa office?

yes, I came to Canada as an international student. I did my last medical exam 7 years ago before entry to Canada. They ask me to do again medical exam. if you do recently probably they will not ask you to do again.

Not yet. Probably they are quite slow now a days.
