My virtual was about one and half hours (1 hour - registration and breakout room for citizenship to passport invitees, 30 mins actual ceremony) I was present at home to receive it but I learnt if you are not available then they will take it to the closest Canada post office.

Try downloading your e-cert now and see. I was able to download mine just now. Oath Calgary on March 27th.
