Hey I got it on wednesday

I submitted my photos and address this sunday, still no ecopr. How long did it take for everyone else who submitted info to get ecopr? Im assuming it may take a week but jist wondering. Thanks!

You can submit with error or resize it online on resizepixel.com to a resolution between the parameters they gave, i put 4200 Height x 3000 Width. Make sure dimensions dont change. Its a tech glitch on website so dnt wrry

Yes i did upload the resized version 4200 x 3000 It took it in without errors. Try a different resolution with fixed ratio.

No worries! They have the instructions and a template for pr pictures. When I took pic from them, i had no brightness issues. Only london drugs did and i re took the photo and error went away. So let them take it normally, and it should work. They have picture guarantee so if brightness error...

I took it from all of them lol. But get it from staples their resolution is the closest and no brigthness issue

Sorry to hear that :( too much energy wasted on something so trivial like uploading a photo. The brightness issue will only fix with retaking the photograph. Altering brightness wont help it.

I had to go back a get a new picture, it gave the error even when I changed brightness at first. So I had to take it again and it resolved the issue.
