It's been pretty much impossible to call anyone at IRCC. You get to navigate the automated system for 10 mins and it hangs up on you to add to the stress.

Are they helpful with providing updates, or do they simply tell us to wait? Any idea? Thank you.

I had the same situation. I did the test on the latest link they sent

I am on the same timeline as you for AOR and Background complete, but I still haven't received an invite for test.

Conveniently enough, I think the website is down... it is giving "connection error" message

I sent my photos to Montreal office on August 21st, got a 1st ghost update on Sept 27th, and then another ghost update today. Still waiting....

I know, the amount of disregard they have for people is astounding. I hope one day they find themselves in a very stressful situation where their lives will be determined by a stupid piece of plastic. I got a ghost update Sept 27th, and nothing since. I tried calling them twice and fell on...

Clearly not! I don't understand why they even give the "press 3 for PR cards" option anymore. I mean they will answer the phone but just not your question - that they can't do after you waited an hour - it is not their priority right now. That's where our (mine atleast, I feel) tax money go.

I called them today and they said Afghanistan priorities.

Anyone knows if a ghost update is a good sign? It listed as "application/profile updated", when I click on it, nothing has changed and everything is still "processing". Back to home page, it then shows "Submitted".
