I am a NR Canadian Sponsoring a Thai Citizen from Thailand.
Our Family Class PR Application is being handled by Singapore.
Certain documents are being sent by GC Key to IRCC by Webform, also indicating Singapore in drop-down menu as Country issuing Visa.
Medical supplied to IRCC by Approved Medial Panelist.
Police CCs were requested in two separate requests over four-month period, delaying process, despite request for additional requirements to be made explicitly (Countries we asked all specified they do not entertain requests without Government-issued request).
We do not know if an interview is required.
We update IRCC of any and all material changes to information in our original application.
We have sent our Passport to CVAC Thailand for transmission to Singapore 7 May 2018
