I finally got BIL today, after 8 long months!! I checked ecas it was only showing applicants details that it is in process. Where do I see the status of the Sponsor? Whether its in process or DM? Also, when can I expect to get AOR/SA?

So they are doing background check for all Pakistani applicants and then issuing AOR? I looked at the April applicants, and there were two AORs issued to Pakistani applicants on October 27. Now how is that possible? This seems all over the place.

And I am seeing a trend that all the applicants from Pakistan are not getting AORs in March. Isn't this a bit unusual? Like they don't send AORs usually by country.

Investigated for what? This does not make any sense. The first step in the sponsorship application is completeness check and then sponsorship approval. Only once the sponsor is approved they move to principal applicant's eligibility. I would suggest asking the MP office to give more detail on...

R10 completeness check has been done. I was told by the agent. But no news about AOR, like seriously what is going on. I am getting pissed now. I want to apply for my spouse visit visa so I was hoping to attach AOR/SA letter to support my application. But nothing seems to be working now.

I am March 19th applicant, I am seeing people from end of April are not getting AORs and SA. So far, I have heard nothing for IRCC. What exactly is going on? Are they following any order or how exactly are they issuing these AORs? I need some guidance and help.

@robertp and other admins So good news finally came in today, my family have received their passport request. Their visa is valid till one year from date of medical exam. They will be submitting passports shortly. Good luck to everyone else!
