Thankyou so much for clarifcation.. Is there any way to process application fast as there're alot of issues we are already facing due to this delay... And what the average processing time under this catagory..?

He applied in may 2023 and got Pr in october 2023... So according to you our application is under write catagory or processing in cprrect department?

plus our HK program is Stream B.. is this also falls under H&C umbrella?

But processing time for HK pathway is 6.5 months..Bit for us its about 9 months and only biometrics have done.. Also my friend applied under same pathway but his application was in economic catagory and he got PR in 5 months but our application was put under H&C and IRCC member on call told us...

Hi..Hope you are doing well.. We decided ti submit another Application for PR ..but while filling out the application we came to know that our 1st application was completely correct from our end.. we Did not chose H&C catagory rather we chose perminent residence pathway for Hongkong residents...
