I got DM yesterday ( Ontario Master stream without a job offer) . AR August 2019 AOR Sept 2019. DM Oct 8 2020. Upront medical June 2020

Hi, AR August and AoR Sept.. I called the agent and said my background check is under process.. I received my gcms notes and there was s.15(1) in the second page. It also states location: ready for PS. When do you guys think I will receive DM? Why there was s. 15(1) in my notes? Thanks
