Portal credentials 13 oct 2021 Today is 1st nov still no copr Etobicoke office

Same here i received IRCC'S email on OCT 1 nothing till now (OCT 13th). still waiting for portal credentials.

It's been almost 2 weeks now. I am a bit worried

Initially, I replied on OCT 1st the day I received IRCC's email then I again emailed on OCT 6th nothing till today OCT 13th

I received an email requesting my name, UCI. Date of original entry and the latest date of entry on October 1. I replied the same day but I haven’t heard anything back. My application is being processed at the etobicoke location (Etobicoke - ETO3296). People are getting their portal credentials...
