you cant do mamdmus brother my application is pending from last 5 years in military background check i did mandamus and court said it doesn't qualify for mandamus as ur application is still under process and they haven't made decision on it

yes you can get biometric again and do another fresh application for supervisa and yes u can do that here in canada as i converted my parents visitor to supervisa while they were in canada and than i went flagpole at border to get entry on supervisa

that condition is only to get visa once you get visa noone ask about insurance its upto client if he wants issurance or not but its always good to have insurance but noone gonna ask her mother to show insurance proof at airport or border so plz stop spreading fake news
