Yes same here. Sent my passport application to address Passport Program Gatineau QC K1A 0G3 on 5 October using canadapost Xpresspost And got delivered today and tracking status shows delivered to Ottawa.

After my oath ceremony It took almost 28 days to get my certificate. Oath done on 4 September Received certificate on 30 September. Montreal office. But it will depends on office.
