Your husband is going to receive an email that you should take to the Visa processing office in your country along with your passport and 2 photos of you. The email he will receive will tell you all you need to take

I received my card today. ECOPR- 22 August GU1- 19th October GU2- 2nd November Card received- 9th November VO-Etobicoke Card came from Sydney, Nova Scotia and I am in Toronto, Ontario All the best to those still waiting.

When you log in your GCkey account scroll till you see Add (link) your application to your account and then select Permanent residence card from drop down option, select from the two last options because you do not have application # for PR card as yet and enter information as it is on ECOPR

Same thing happening with me and my PR card application already has final decision. When I call IRCC they said I should just wait I will get the PPR
