Almost same, i received ghost update on Oct 4th which only the application history was changed to that we have received your information. I think we can't do anything but to wait patiently and pray.

My last update was oct 4, that they have received the information I sent them which was the new LOA. I sent them around 4 webforms i didn't receive any reply but in status tracker in sept 27 they updated the status to "that we received your enquiry".

May be you can get it from Philippine embassy in Canada, contact them they may help you.

Applied on 3 June, last update was in IRCC status tracker on 27 sept, that they have received my enquiry. No email nothing after biometric collection letter. When was your last update of status tracker?
