    ALBERTA HEALTH CARE

Hello Forum, Is it possible for a PR applicant to obtain AHCIP as an Outland applicant (and outside Canada)? From AB's health care website, I understand that applicants who can provide a "positive first decision" may be considered - however, as we have applied Outland this may not be...

    Possible to choose VO?

UK resident but Greek citizen. Ideally, would like to push for Rome VO to expedite processing times. Or, is residency determinative?

So, what is the verdict on how to submit Schedule A? My view, is that since you are able to upload - best to print, sign and upload - i.e. no need to send in a hard copy. What are your thoughts? Any examples of people submitting online only that caused any issues?

Sponsor received email from CIC - "we are pleased to inform you that you have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor". I take it that this is SA. Its odd that the letter refers to Schedule A but not PCC.... No change on ECAS and no request to upload docs on GCKey.

is it possible to arrange to get the medical done in advance (i.e. go to a doctor and ask for a generic medical check) or must we wait for CIC's official request since the doctor will need to complete specific checks? many thanks

Hello everyone, AOR received 28 June and linked app on 1 July. No request from PCC or Sched A. Any indication when to expect this request? I note some have this request right away from when app was linked. Many thanks, Alex

***MAY 2017***OUTLAND SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP OUTSIDE OF CANADA

Finally managed to link the application - for anyone who is interested I input the Application #, PA's city and country of birth but NO passport details - that did the trick. Now we await to hear from them. Any idea if all PA's must do a medical? If so, is there a standard request? Ideally, we...
