With this backlashing, one thing is sure..They wont do all program draw. Sadly :(

They are so stupid. The basic idea of immigration was to invite youngsters who will pay taxes to pay for retirement benefits to the aged population. They are giving PR to aged people to meet short term targets

But they are not stuck in pool..they are getting their ITA and are out of pool after every draw... Take the example of Ontario, they cannot nominate more than 7000-7500 annually as per their quota and whoever get nominated they get the ITA in next draw. I mean to say that they aren't the one...

No impact due to PNP... PNP have the same quotas every year and PNP draws are never stopped...so the flow of pnp would remain same and would have no significant impact on CRS once all program draw resumes.

This may be an indication of FSW resumption soon... Everyone knows that Ontario takes FSW cut off and invites candidates below that score. If the FSW resumes the score would be too high in initial draws and if Ontario send NOIs during those time, it will go in vain because FSW cut off would...

They have already been bashed by thousands of post ITA applicants everywhere... Why would they add few more thousands to the list :)

But I think most of these countries have French as second language or French is the official language...
