Hello, I have question regarding medical exam.. my dad did already additional medical exam but we are still getting the email about additional medical exam. not sure do we ignore this ? as per medical office they recently done exam. Anyone had same issue

Once visa reject they will refund it but if visa receive then you only change the effective start dates on insurance plan /extend it without any cost... . there is no full refund but they will charge some amount of cancellation.
