did you reapply through iirc portal or gckey. its been 10 months since i applied and got no response. its so frustrating. i am thinking of reapplying but if they are taking time to answer the reapplications too the whole process seems useless

since canada's wait times are so unpredictable, if i apply for a visitor's visa from my home country but the time they ask for the passport, i am somewhere else then can i get the visa stamped from the Canadian embassy in the country where i am?
