got GU1 on Oct 4 GU2 - waiting

Called IRCC last week. They said my application is in process. I informed them to tag on my file that it has already passed the current processing time. They said they will do. My COPR says Montreal VO. Anyone with eCOPR date 28 July and Montreal VO got their PR card ???
