Further update on this latest development, PA received portal invitation email to send pictures if PA+Dep are in Canada, which they are not. Don't know if this info is of any relevance to anyone, but thought should post it here.

Does anyone know, if a medical done for visitor visa extension application, would be good of PGP 2019 application as well? My parents have received a letter to get their medical done for visa extension application, and I expect them to receive bio and med letter for their PR application too...
