So we uploaded a payroll for 6 weeks prior to sending the lmia application. but they said we are missing a proof of business legitimacy document to demonstrate that the terms of the job offer can be completed is missing or incomplete. what did we do wrong? thank you

What else do we need to submit because they returned my paper and said that the proof of recruitment is incomplete or missing. Do i need to inclyde the TFW in the list of candidates or make a letter why I’m hiring her?
