I got an update today on GCkey that the application is approved and counterfoil is generated. Passports were under process at IRCC since 15th April. Is there any chance to get the passports back during the lockdown in Delhi or should i expect it to get them after it is lifted.

During last Covid lockdown passports were held by New Delhi Visa Office for Months... When it says "delayed" means that due to them not working during this curfew the overall process time will be delayed. Don't expect them to be working when they say there offices are closed. They were hardly...

Looks like we are in for another long delay.... I dont think 1 week lockdown will bring down the case count, they just declared a week for not letting the general public panic. This lockdown will at least go on for 4-6 weeks, if not more.

Tough to say but for sure the processing times for passport stamping will be significantly delayed

I selected No and many other applicants selected NO as well, some of them already got passports back, mines is under process. I dont think it will create any issues, if you see the question it is asking " if you Enrol" whereas in many Spousal Applications the Biometrics are already "completed"...
