I asked them general information that i received my letter from IRCC but haven't received for my spouse so they told that without reference letter they cannot track it and its better that you wait one week . So no other option except for waiting

I contacted IRCC and they told that they dispatched it on the same date and if you don't receive it within 6 weeks so raise the solemn declaration. Then I called Canada Post and they told me to wait for another week and see if you get it or not.

It happened with me too. I received mine on 23rd Jan but waiting for my spouse's PR card.
