hello I need help (opinions) with the visa application form . what should I put in this question : have you ever been refused or permit denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country ? I overstayed my visitor US visa for 2 years in 2005, left the country on my own.

Hi there. In 2003 in went to US with visitor visa and overstayed 2 years....after those 2 years I decide to leave US (voluntary departure) and come back to my country. I did not received any order to leave letter or anything like that , just booked a flight and went home. That was 12 years...
