I did some research and actually it's very random. It can take a couple of days, but many people waited for weeks, sometimes for months. What I don't understand is why IRCC is asking people to confirm that they are in Canada if then they don't send the credential for the Portal right away...

I should be mad too! 80% of December applicants got AOR and I didn't, lots of 2021 applicants got it too, but it's not their fault, so I don't blame them. I can envy them, of course, but that's it.
