Hi @legalfalcon , I am Dec 2019 AOR I have been asked to fill the Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) Where can I find this form? Also is this a good sign?

I am a FSW EE applicant, AOR Dec 2019...still waiting for PPR. Decision on my file has already been made as told to me by IRCC agent 3 months back but no further communication after that.

Yes I am. what about you? Are only the FSW-O based in India are getting the survey emails or those whose final decisions have been made?

I received an email for the survey too but did not fill it out!

Yes all stages are passed. I had updated IRCC last week about my change in country of residence and address. I had also called IRCC 2 weeks back to ask about my application status and I was informed a decision has been made on my file and my medicals have been extended till Oct 2021. My AOR is...

I didn't receive any email. Is that ok?

No update on the portal. It's the same! My medical is not updated on the portal. It still shows the date in Dec 2019 when I passed the medical exam.

Hi @rdusa...Hope you are doing well! I called IRCC yesterday and the agent told me my medicals have been extended till Oct 2021 and a decision has been made on my file. I have to wait to hear back from IRCC. Hopefully we all get our decisions soon! Fingers crossed!

Hi @rdusa...no update at all. My medical status says "Dec 12, 2019 You passed the medical exam". I didn't receive any GU about medical extension, hopefully my medicals have been extended. I hope we all receive some good news soon!
