We just got our approval and the visa expires one year from when the medical was taken.

That information should be found on some of the documents that have been sent to you from immigration.

Another question. How do we even send the passports to the Visa Application Centre. I can find how much the fees are, but how do I pay them, where do we drop off the packages, what is the address? The website is not very user friendly.

We received a letter on February 23, 2023 asking for passports and to pay the right of permanent residence fee. I'm trying to pay for my mother in law and three dependent children but there is no option to add the children's fees. Do we not have to pay for dependents? I thought it was $155 per...

The form says at the top that the principle applicant, their spouse, and all dependent children need to be included. They send that form with their passports.

Thank you. I see online that medical was passed on January 6, 2023. We just received a medical surveillance undertaking but no instructions with it. Does my mother in law sign this and hand it to the officer upon arrival? Also, can we please update the tracker? I can't see a line number for me...

I ask to have my information updated as soon as I receive updates from IRCC. It's not that I don't wish to volunteer the information, it's because it's not available. It's been a very frustrating process. I hope that this thread it not retired.
