Also haven't received portal 1 email yet. VO is Etobicoke, my final decision update was October 12th. I have now received two emails from IRCC saying the documents I sent were added to my file. I haven't sent anything recently, and I only called once. Anyone else getting these emails?

Huh, could it be that the email is something else? Maybe something they added on their end? Or maybe it just takes time. I called almost a week ago. I sure hope it happens soon!
