Then the visa officer might ask questions or have concern related to those documents. For ex, if original employment documents are requested, then eligibility might be verified during interview. Were you under review required earlier?- abhi1990

If the email was regarding your PR application being approved, then normally the email subject is "READY FOR VISA". Did the content of email specified that your applicantion is approved? If yes, then no need to worry!!- abhi1990
