Hey guys, I got the less complex letter from IRB and my lawyer submitted all my evidence earlier this month. How long is it gonna take to get a decision or to let me know whether I should appear for a hearing?

Hey guys, I got the same document, Disclosure Package-No Intervention, in my ircc portal 2 months ago. It shows nothing like a hearing type, whether regular or short. Is there any chance that my claim is less complex (tho I haven't got the less complex letter)

I've realized most of the visitor visa applications pending were last updated on April 19, 2023 in the tracker including mine but for you atleast your eligibility was completed but mine hasn't started yet, it's only biometrics completed, background check still in process!
