can you confirm if docs can be sent via registered post as well, it is charged just rs 250 and speed post charges 1400, indian post guy told me there could be a weeks delay as registered post is slower but that is fine is it safe or there could be some issue and speed post would be better

thanks for answering the query actually i don't know anyone from my university who has done this before so not sure WES just say that send the documents and they will assess

i understand that but if university can send both transcript and degree certificate in a single envelope then courier charges will be saved instead of 2 i will have to incur the cost for 1 courier only

i don't think fax is valid for people applying in India,they need to send it via post. i am not sure if university can send both docs(transcript and degree certificate) directly or person needs to send the degree certificate separately that will save courier charges

call them, that should help, they have pretty pathetic customer service, so i don't think mailing them will help much

ask your university to send transcript send degree certificate yourself
