    Sorry to say, but it could be a refusal. Most approved applicants would receive an email from cic saying that their application has been approved with instructions on point of entry.

    Hi scorpio, hindi ung hubby ko ang may pending PR appli. Ung parents nya ang may pending PR appli via sponsorship c/o his brother. I will be re-applying online. Pero ako muna. Para di masayang appli fee ng hubby at anak ko.
