Maybe they are doing system upgrade? Did you submit a ticket to their IT for the technical problem?

It will take you 3 months to get your AOR in general. If you are in a hurry to come to Canada, then I guess you have to apply for a visitor visa while you are waiting for your PR, the whole process will take you at least a year to complete.

Both COPR number for me are the same, I guess you better submit a webform to ask.

Hong Kong I guess as I did not received any email mentioning my application has been passed to any VO though but my location is in Hong Kong

I just received the same email just like yours today ...since I only need an ETA which I don't have to submit my physical passport, just a photocopy of the photo page. Maybe IRCC will just email the COPR or send the hard copy via VFS for me to pickup.

Finally got my PPR email today Sept 26. Yeah! What a relief!

Now I wondered how much longer do I need to wait for the passport request email.......hm........

Good news to share! The COPR in my tracker has been updated with a document number today on Sept 15. Yeah! It's has been a year for my application to reach this stage indeed.
