I don't know what are they doing. I have waited 9month to get OPR. Received OPR on November 4 and after 2 day IRCC sent the 2-way courier instruction letter. Where they mention to mail at vfs email with pickup address. I have sent mail with my address. Then, they responded after 2 days...
