Hi @CherAmie Regarding the PR portal process, the email states that "in your reply to this email, fill in the information for yourself and for each member of your family..." Is this referring to the dependants on one's application, or in general (parents and siblings etc)?

How were you able to have to PR applications at the same time, please?

Every time I call, they tell me the same thing that's on my account. They claim they don't have any knowledge other than what's on my account. I was thinking of withdrawing and applying for EE but I get an error message saying I already have an application in progress.
