Last week Monday.

Go to service Canada and tell them you don't have a guarantor and need to apply for a RTD. You'll fill in the form and take it to a person who can take commission of oath or lawyer. Look around as prices varies.

Update : I applied for a new RTD-PR as current expires in Feb 2025. Oct 2024 - submitted application November 2024- Called and they said I need new guarantor . I didn't have one so, I used the form from service Canada and got a lawyer to sign it. I sent a new application same day with UPS. 20...

Hi, Similar situation. I got my US visa BEFORE my PR came out. Quick process but it took six weeks before I could get by RTD back as they need to cancel your first US visa ( they already know you are in Canada). They will then issue you with a new US visa.

Hi, If you cant find a guarantor.....and can't afford to pay for one. You need to go to your city/town hall and find someone who deals with signatories/councilor and have proof that you have been living in that town/city. That's what I did in 2023 and got my RTD within three weeks cos it was...

Qc has a low threshold on the number of PR it takes per year, when compared to the rest of the country. Some of us got our PR in 23months or less BUT we are in English Canada.

Could take you upto three years to get a final decision/response. Applications from Quebec as extremely slow. All the best on this journey.
